RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your hair claws from Eden Blooms! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy below:
Returns

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return your hair claws for a full refund.

Items must be in new, unused, and in intact condition to be eligible for a return. This means the product should be free of damage, wear, and any signs of use (such as hair or makeup residue).

We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of your purchase. If you'd like to exchange your hair claws for a different color, style, or size, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.

The item being exchanged must be in new and unused condition, just like our return policy.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

For hygiene reasons, opened packages of hair accessories may not be returned or exchanged. This includes claw clips that have been removed from their original packaging or used.
